ODF Converter

ODF Converter is the result of a project that fights for interoperability between applications based on ODF (OpenDocument) standards and Microsoft OpenXML based Office applications.

ODF Converter allows you to open texts, spreadsheets and presentations with the corresponding program on Microsoft Office.

ODF Converter supports: Microsoft Word / Excel and PowerPoint XP, Microsoft Word / Excel and PowerPoint 2003 and Microsoft Word / Excel and PowerPoint 2007.

It's an OpenXML / ODF translator add-in for Microsoft Office that's really useful if you use the Office Suite by Microsoft and you have to open and edit files that have been created using OpenOffice or any other open source program.

The file you'll download is an executable, all you have to do is run it and it'll install a plugin for Microsoft Office.

From then on, you'll be able to open and edit ODT files in Microsoft Word, ODS in Excel and ODP in PowerPoint.
